Taylor created A.E.I. Law, a professional law corporation to provide a full service, transactional and litigation business and legal affairs department with a focus on international business, contracts, and intellectual property law.
Taylor has over 30 years of experience in business and entrepreneurship, 13 years of which are professional experience developing and managing small to mid-sized businesses.
He graduated with a Bachelor of the Arts from Marymount California University with a dual emphasis in business and arts & media. Taylor earned his Juris Doctor (J.D.) from Southwestern Law School on the acclaimed accelerated 2-year J.D. program during which he studied international art law in London, fashion law, and copyright law. He then went on to earn a LL.M. (a post-graduate master of laws) in Entertainment and Media Law at the Biederman Entertainment & Media Law Institute at Southwestern Law School to further focus his legal education on business and intellectual property law matters concerning the arts, entertainment, entrepreneurship, and innovation.
Taylor himself is an artist of many forms, including charcoal & mixed media collage, video production, and he plays the alto saxophone and a little bit of guitar, although he considers his main form of art entrepreneurship. He started his first business at the young age of eight years old and in his professional career founded the Jr. H.H. Corporation to offer business development consulting for the startup of many successful businesses in an array of industries including the film and television industry, fashion and garment manufacturing industries, gaming industry, construction and real estate industries, and the cannabis industry.
After law school Taylor created A.E.I. Law, P.C. to provide a full service international business and legal affairs department to assist clients with navigating the global business and legal landscape of the 21st century. Taylor is a member of the State Bar of California Bar, the Los Angeles County Bar Association, the Orange County Bar Association, the American Bar Association, and the California Lawyers for the Arts.
